Venice

I dare say that the residents of Venice are proud to be Italian, but ask them how they see themselves and they are most likely to say “Venetian”, and having had the privilege to visit several times, I can appreciate why.

Within this gallery I have tried to show a slightly different side to Venice, so no Gondoliers, no masks of the Venice Carnival, but still, images that are un-mistakenly Venice.

Barring one, all of the pictures in this gallery have been taken using an Agfa Isolette MKIII. Like Venice, the camera has a certain charm, and in that respect I think they are well suited. I hope this comes across in this gallery.
